TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    These Terms and Conditions define the rules of sale through the store www.ultras-piro.com.
    The Seller operates a business under the name: ULTRAS-PIRO.
    The purchase-sale transactions are concluded as a distance contract using the online service, between the ordering party – hereinafter referred to as the Customer,
    and the online store www.ultras-piro.com, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
    The Seller’s online service operates at the address www.ultras-piro.com.
    Only persons who are 18 years or older may use the online store.
    Persons registering in the online store and making purchases there provide their personal data and agree to its processing by www.ultras-piro.com in accordance with the principles set out in the privacy policy.
    The Seller reserves the right to verify the submitted order and cancel it if there are doubts regarding its authenticity.
    All our products are classified under safety classes F1, F2, F3 (do not require a permit). Our products are allowed for sale throughout the European Union and other countries where EU requirements are accepted.
    We do not sell at the place where the business is registered.

  2. ORDERS
    Orders are accepted at all times during the operation of the online service through the order form located on the store’s website www.ultras-piro.com.
    Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    To process an order, it is necessary to:

  • specify the ordered products and their quantity;
  • provide the data required for delivery – according to the fields of the order form;
  • indicate the preferred payment and delivery method;
  • send the form from the store’s website.
    If false, incomplete, or incorrect data is provided and contact with the Buyer is impossible, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from processing the order.
    If a product is unavailable or there are issues with order processing for another reason, the Seller will contact the Buyer to determine the method and time of order fulfillment and possible solutions.
    The Customer may make changes to the order or cancel it until it is shipped. Changes or cancellation can be made by:
  • adding additional conditions and notes in the “Comments” field on the order form,
  • contacting via email at pyroacab@gmail.com,
  • contacting by phone at: 795846345.
  1. PRODUCT PRICES AND PAYMENT
    All product prices are quoted in the currency applicable to the respective country. The price for each product applies at the time the customer places the order.
    The commercial information provided on the website does not constitute a commercial offer under the Civil Code but is an invitation to submit offers.
    The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for ordered products:
  • payment upon delivery – the payment is collected by the courier delivering the parcel;
  • payment upon personal collection;
  • bank transfer as a prepayment directly to the Seller’s account number;
  • payment by payment card:
    • Visa
    • Visa Electron
    • MasterCard
    • MasterCard Electronic
    • Maestro.
      For card payments and online payments, the order will be processed immediately after obtaining positive authorization.
      For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed after the payment is credited to the account or after sending the payment confirmation to the email: pyroacab@gmail.com.
      Shipping costs are added to each order according to the price list provided on the website www.ultras-piro.com.

  1. DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS
    The standard order processing time is 1-2 days but not longer than 30 days, consisting of the time from order submission to its completion.
    The expected delivery time for courier shipments is 1-2 business days from the moment of dispatch.
    The delivery time for shipments abroad depends on the country to which the goods are delivered.
    The total shipping cost depends on the weight of the entire order and the selected payment and delivery method.

  2. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
    The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
    The right to withdraw from the contract expires 14 days after the Customer takes possession of the item or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer takes possession of the item.
    To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal in one of the following ways:

  • by mail to the address: ULTRAS-PIRO,
  • by sending an email to pyroacab@gmail.com.
    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
    In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer will be refunded all payments received, including the cost of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the selected method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, no later than 14 days from the date the Seller receives the Customer’s statement of withdrawal from the contract.
    The Seller will make the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to another method of refund, which does not involve any costs for them.
    In the event of the need to refund money for a transaction made by the Buyer using a payment card, the Seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the Buyer’s payment card.
    The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the item or until the proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.
    The return of the goods should be made to the address ULTRAS-PIRO immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer withdrew from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Customer returns the goods before the 14-day period expires.
    The Customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  1. FINAL PROVISIONS
    The Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by the improper use of pyrotechnic materials.
    In accordance with applicable regulations, pyrotechnic products may only be purchased by adults.
    Placing an order is equivalent to reading and accepting the terms and conditions.
